PhD Defense in Advanced RF Circuits

We are very happy that last week M. Sc. Konstantin Kuliabin successfully defended his dissertation, titled:

Investigation of Scalability Challenges in Advanced RF Circuits and Systems

Konstantin shows great achievements in cryogenic metamorphic HEMT circuits, and CMOS FDSOI low-noise amplifiers, and on 300 GHz vector modulators for 6G applications, fostering the latest advancements in compact design and integration techniques.
