Interests
In my work I am concerned with the modeling of flexibility in the German and European power grid. In spring 2022, I have started my PhD at the Institute for Sustainable Technical Systems (INATECH) and will especially pursue the goal of integrating the use of flexible generation and loads into large-scale energy system models and investigating their impact on future transformation pathways. In addition to this research field, I am particularly interested in the expansion of sustainable technologies in developing countries and the resulting symbiotic effects.
